The PS5 version of the game is included in this month's PS Plus collection. To get you started, Newsweek has prepared a detailed guide for every class in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, so that you can make an informed decision about who you are going to play as. There is also a supernatural twist to most of the scenarios here (diverging from the relatively grounded tone of the single-player story), as you will be fighting against mythical beings from Japanese folklore. What's different is that you will have to work together with three others in new missions that have been crafted explicitly with multiplayer in mind. In terms of gameplay, Legends is very much the same as the original Ghost of Tsushima, with all the basic mechanics and combat systems being carried over. However, it can also be purchased separately and is being given away as one of the PS Plus titles for March. If you own the base game of Ghost of Tsushima, then it is already included as part of that package. Sticking to the theme of standalone multiplayer modes, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is an online cooperative experience. Ghostrunner launches on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG on Tuesday, Oct. This is unfortunate but it's the only option. An exact release date for these upgrades has not been announced as of yet. Though the next-gen consoles drop this November, the next-gen version of Ghostrunner won't be available until 2021. If players purchase Ghostrunner on the Microsoft or PlayStation stores, they can upgrade to the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series S/X version at no extra cost. The only stipulation to gain access to the next-gen version of Ghostrunner is to buy the game digitally. CD Projekt RED is offering free upgrades for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 and now Ghostrunner owners will get the same but only for digital versions.
Unlike NBA 2K21 or Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, which are charging their customers, most games will get free upgrades to the next-gen version of the game.
